Purchasing a KBike from us means you have taken on the responsibility for its use.

 

You agree that Craig Schroder, Mindy Schroder, and Delusional Unicorns are not liable and will not be liable for any reason or circumstance whatsoever in regard to the KBike; use of the KBike in anyway; the KBike frame, shafts, stirrups, wheels, tires, tubes, seat, slider, or any other components that make up the KBike.

 

Simply put, once the KBike is in your hands, WE (Craig and Mindy Schroder of Delusional Unicorns) are no longer responsible for it, the way you use it, the type of pony you hitch it to.
