Today while I was out with Zorro I was thinking about my ponies and why I do what I do. And it boils down to the fact that I truly enjoy them. I LOVE driving and laugh a lot. I don't enjoy riding anymore. It stresses me out and the entire time I am sitting up there I am wondering when I am going to fall off and break my arm. So, that's not too fun. I also have vertigo which makes riding even scarier. So I don't ride.
Owning ponies also makes me feel like a kid again, a kid with more knowledge and skill than I actually had as a kid, but all the joy and fun and laughter that I had as a kid! There is nothing better for making you feel like a kid than cantering along behind your pony in a Hyperbike! I just laugh and laugh and my pony is as joyful as I am which makes it all the more enjoyable!
So if you are looking for that feeling of joy and laughter, maybe consider a pony. With fair and kind handling it will make you the best companion ever!
